Marker

Bertil Vallien has a long history of finding new modes of expression with the quirky material of glass. His latest series, Marker, accentuates the power of glass by eliminating its seductive transparency and working solely with opaque black and white. The result is masculine and full of contrasts. The shapes are distinct, each piece in the series adorned with a “marker” of the craft and of Swedish glass. Plus Bertil Vallien’s own special signature.
